The three main Consultant Directors of Age Inclusive Associates are: 

Cynthia Bartley: Cynthia has worked for many years at a senior level in both the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department of Health. As the health work and wellbeing co-ordinator working to Dame Carol Black she has advised businesses across the region on health and work issues, has overseen the region’s Better Health at Work award and helped develop the national Workplace Wellbeing Charter.  She has an MA in social policy and is keen to ensure that Age Inclusive services are developed as a result of good evidence based research and in partnership with key stakeholders. 


Paul_Hemphill.jpgPaul Hemphill: Paul is a professional Leadership and Wellbeing coach. He has an honours degree in Economics and is member of the Association for Coaching, the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has over 30 years of managerial experience in the private and public sector, leading teams and managing staff and projects. He has particular experience and expertise in marketing, administration, business support, information systems and relationship management with external partners. His previous employers have included Northumberland County Council and One North East. 


David_Lane.jpgDavid Lane: David has been working as an Investors In People (IIP) Practitioner since 2005 and is an accredited IIP Specialist Assessor and Business Adviser. He has a Masters Degree in HR Management and has achieved national recognition as a Specialist Health and Wellbeing Adviser. He has worked in the private and public sectors in a Directorate capacity and is comfortable working with organisations at the most senior level. He has also had responsibility for the development and delivery of a wide range of business and organisational training courses and is a qualified ‘Skills for Life’ Facilitator.
