1 in 5 Britons expect never to retire
HSBC surveyed over 1,000 UK residents this year and found that a fifth expected that they would never be able to afford to fully retire. Employers should therefore examine their workforce demographic in line with their business objectives, weigh the costs and the benefits, and act accordingly.

Recent research reveals that for the first time over 1 million people in the UK who are over 65 are still in employment. Age Inclusive MD Cynthia Bartley says there is now a great opportunity for employers and employees to work together to ensure the needs of both parties are understood and planned for.

Inclusive Ltd has appointed David Lane as a Director. Over the last seven years David has been working as an Investor in People assessor and adviser, supporting organisations in maximising their return on investment through the development of their people. He has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development.
